We design, handcraft, and sell bespoke and ready-to-wear jewellery made in India and shipped worldwide, including to Europe.

2. Eligibility

To purchase from our website, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.

Provide accurate and complete information during checkout.

Ensure that the purchase and import of jewellery is permitted in your country.

 

3. Products & Descriptions

All jewellery is handcrafted; slight variations in color, stone texture, or finish may occur.

Gemstones, including turquoise and other natural stones, may display natural inclusions that are not considered flaws.

Images on our website are for reference and may appear slightly different due to screen settings or lighting.

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, but we do not warrant that all information is error-free or fully up to date.

 

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed on the website may change without notice.

Payments must be made through bank transfer to our account in India or in the UK.

Customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees or bank charges.

 

5. Custom / Bespoke Orders

Bespoke pieces are made to order according to the design details approved by the client.

Production times vary depending on complexity.

Once design and specifications are confirmed, bespoke orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

The client is responsible for providing accurate sizing and design confirmations.

 

6. Order Processing

Ready-to-wear pieces ship within 10 days unless otherwise noted.

Bespoke pieces require 4-6 weeks of production time.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for reasons including unavailable materials, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

 

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from India to Europe and other international destinations.

Shipping fees, delivery times, and available shipping methods are indicated on the final invoice

International customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and any other fees charged by their local customs office.

Delivery delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or unforeseen events are not our responsibility.

 

8. Returns & Exchanges

Ready-to-wear jewellery

Returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unworn

In original packaging

In resellable condition

Not eligible for return or exchange

Bespoke/custom pieces

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

9. Repairs

We offer repairs for manufacturing defects within 2 months of purchase.
Wear-and-tear, accidental damage, or improper handling are not covered, but repairs may be offered for a fee.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including designs, photographs, logos, and text—is the exclusive property of Blackett Designs Private Ltd.
Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without permission is strictly prohibited.
